Le Togo autorise désormais les opérateurs économiques, à créer des Centres de gestion agréés (CGA). Ces centres sont des structures destinées à accompagner les petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) dans leur gestion comptable, fiscale et sociale.
Dans une note du ministre de l’économie et des finances, Barcola Essowè Georges, il est demandé tous les operateurs économiques, intéressés par la création de ces centres, de se manifester.
A travers l’opérationnalisation de ces centres, le gouvernement entend renforcer le tissu économique national en offrant aux entreprises, un soutien adapté à leurs besoins spécifiques.
Cette démarche fait suite à la première réunion de la commission d’agrément des CGA tenue en fin de mois dernier et à la finalisation du cadre juridique et réglementaire des CGA.
Pour rappel, les nouvelles dispositions permettent aux CGA de fonctionner sous forme de sociétés de capitaux, à l’exception des sociétés unipersonnelles.
